What is your return policy for sale items?

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be of new item or credit to a future order.

 We Are not responsible for lost or stolen items after you have received the tracking number.

Shipping

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days or sooner  depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Can you Pick up or have item delivered
